Utilizing a drone for your roof inspection is far safer than trying to climb a ladder onto a steep roof, all while trying to make notes and observations.  Our drone can reach places that are otherwise inaccessible unless you're a professional roofer.

 

Our drone also a more effective tool for saving you time.  A roof can be inspected in less than a third of the time it would take for a normal inspection.

The photos show you a basic residential roof inspection and observed deficiencies.  These deficiencies (decayed siding, a defective plumbing vent boot, and a lack of gutter guards) could not be viewed from the ground and would have required special equipment to reach them on the roof.  Click on the photos for more detail.

Our drone incorporates a 12-megapixel  1/2.3" CMOS sensor with up to 4x zoom which allows for 48 MP Super Resolution Photos.  The 24 - 48 optical zoom camera allow us to get in super close to the subject which means we can see the detail others can't.  As an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot I have the expertise to safely obtain the photos you need.
