Commercial property inspections are a general visual overview of all major systems and components present in the building including the structure to include interior, exterior, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.  Light commercial inspections, 50,000 square feet or less,  include low-rise office complexes, apartment complexes, investment properties, restaurants, warehouses, churches, motels, resorts, and other types of buildings.

Higher Ground Inspections follows the ASTM E2018-15 "Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process" with exclusions as per client.  This standard helps to insure that you receive a complete inspection of your future purchase.

At Higher Ground, I work with you to develop the full scope of the inspection which will outline the requirements and define the specific areas to be inspected.  A Limited-Scope inspection can be performed that only pertains to certain areas instead of a full inspection.

Reports are ready in 2-7 days depending on the size and scope of the work.  As with our home inspections, the reports are detailed and contain many photos to aid in explanations.
